These terms are a contract between you and Ploonu LLC covering your use of the Vidiloop app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Vidiloop. This agreement is between you and Ploonu LLC only, and not with Apple.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Vidiloop account. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for using an online service like this one, that higher age applies to you. If you use Vidiloop on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Direct messages

Direct messages follow these rules, which our servers enforce:

Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at support@vidiloop.com if you believe someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the iOS app or on the website under Settings → Account, or by emailing support@vidiloop.com.

The loop format

Free accounts may post loops up to 8.0 seconds, while Vidiloop+ accounts may post loops up to 16.0 seconds. These limits are enforced at capture, trim, and upload. Attempting to circumvent the applicable account limit (for example by uploading stitched or re-encoded content) violates these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant Ploonu LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, encode, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting Vidiloop. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others and for backups pending routine deletion.

You are responsible for your content. Only post what you have the right to post, including any music, footage, or likeness it contains.

Vidiloop Sounds and music

Vidiloop offers a library of short music tracks (“Sounds”) that you can add to your loops and photo posts. Sounds are provided by Ploonu LLC and its licensors. Some Sounds are created with AI music tools licensed for commercial use, and some may include vocals.

Your license to use Sounds. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Sounds only inside Vidiloop: to add them to loops and photo posts you create and share on Vidiloop, and to share those posts using Vidiloop’s own share and save features for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license ends when your account ends or when we remove the Sound.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:

Changes to the library. We may add, change, or remove Sounds at any time, for example when a license ends or a rights claim is made. When a Sound is removed, posts that used it may play without that audio.

Music you create with Vidiloop tools. If Vidiloop lets you create music with its tools (for example by describing a vibe), you may not use names of artists, song titles, or existing lyrics in your request, or try to imitate a specific artist or recording. You grant Ploonu LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that music, including by adding it to the Sounds library for other users, with credit to you where we show one. You may use it under the same license as any other Sound. AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright, and others may create similar music.

Original audio in your posts. Audio you record yourself stays yours under “Your content” above. Only use music in your own recordings that you have the right to use.

Rights claims. If you believe a Sound infringes your rights, send a notice as described under “Copyright complaints” below.

Rules of conduct

Do not post or do any of the following on Vidiloop:

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any loop, comment, or account from inside the app, and you can block any user. We review reports and act on them — by removing content, or by suspending or permanently banning accounts — within 24 hours of receiving a report. Content is also screened automatically before it appears in feeds. Users who repeatedly break these rules are removed.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit its distribution, place it behind a sensitive-content screen, or suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the situation requires it. Write to support@vidiloop.com to appeal.

Our intellectual property

Vidiloop, its name, logo, and software are owned by Ploonu LLC. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Vidiloop infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@vidiloop.com identifying the work, the content at issue, your contact details, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

Disclaimers

Vidiloop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content posted by other users is accurate or appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploonu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.

Apple

Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party has relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Termination

You may stop using Vidiloop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or if we stop operating the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vidiloop after that means you accept the updated terms.
