Vidiloop is a short-form looping video app operated by Ploonu LLC. People post videos, follow creators, comment, and interact in public. This page explains who the app is for, how we check age when someone creates an account, and what safety tools exist around that content.
Vidiloop is for people 13 years of age and older. That matches our App Store age rating (13+ in most regions) and the minimum age enforced when someone signs up.
We do not knowingly create or keep accounts for children under 13. If someone enters a date of birth that puts them under 13, sign-up is refused and no account record is created (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email support@vidiloop.com and we will delete it.
Creating an account requires a date of birth during onboarding. The date is checked on our servers before the account is created. Under 13 is blocked as described above; the product floor is also 13, so younger teens who clear COPPA still must meet that same minimum.
Date of birth is used for age and safety defaults. It is not shown on public profiles. We do not ask for government ID, and we do not claim biometric or third-party age assurance. Age is self-declared, then enforced server-side against the value provided.
Accounts for ages 13 through 17 are ordinary Vidiloop accounts that are also treated as minors for certain safety rules. Public surfaces such as follows, comments, and likes remain available.

We do not claim a separate parental dashboard, device-level parental controls, or certified “teen mode” beyond what is described here.
Almost everything you see on Vidiloop is posted by other people: short videos, captions, comments, and profiles. That content can include material that is not appropriate for every viewer, which is why the App Store age rating is 13+.
There is zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors and for other child-safety violations. To keep minors safe, adults and minors cannot message each other, and users under 16 cannot use direct messages. See Support for how to report, and the Terms of Use for the full rules. If your child is under 13 and has a Vidiloop account, or if you need help removing content involving a minor, email support@vidiloop.com. Include the username or a link if you have one. We will remove under-13 accounts and investigate reports involving minors.
